You will find a natural spot, filled by peace, tranquillity and art, built around a 1907 adobe house which we carefully and thoughtfully restored to welcome the travellers who visit us.
The combination of a hundred year old gallery, gardens with big trees, pieces of art and ethnic objects we collected in our trips results in an atmosphere that invites to relax.

María Marta Cortes and Daniel Alessio are the creators of the Parador.

At present, “Daniel Alessio Expediciones” is a renowned service company for those who try to climb America's highest mountain top, the Aconcagua of 6962 metres above sea level.
Our family is made by three children, Josefina (17), Octavio (12) and Mateo (4), and our pets Tita and Donatello.
We are located at a priviledged spot of Chacras de Coria, just a few metres away from Plaza del Pueblo and from the restaurants and cafés of the area, and 15 minutes away from Mendoza capital city.
Chacras de Coria has recently become an attractive rest place, the favourite of those looking for tranquillity and stillness to enjoy a great stay in Mendoza.
You will find a small art store with paintings and objects from various local artists.
María Marta selects the works of art and offers the possibility of visiting the art studios of known artists from the area.
We have 6 rooms (double, twin or single rooms) that were built in 2004 following the same architectonic style and using the same materials of the old house.
Each room is provided with air conditioning and there is central heating.
Moreover in every room there are warm hand loom made woolen blankets we have brought from our different trips to the Argentine North.
All the rooms have excellent views to the gardens.
